Model Releases
In order to protect both my and my models rights, I insist on a signed model release for each shoot.
Model releases can be very simple, to very complex.
A simple one is "I YourName, hereby grant to Photographer, all rights to shoot and sell photos of me. This permission is permanent, and I claim no future compensations. Sign and Date". This is a very simple CYA type, and is pretty straight forward.
I use a narrow focus release for TFP shoots, and have a couple of other ones that I use for paid or custom shoots that don't fall under the TFP banner.
